Job-application data
When a Professional applies to a Job, information such as their resume, employment history, education, qualifications, portfolio, contact details, salary expectations and application responses may be shared with the relevant Employer (and, where applicable, a recruitment partner engaged by that Employer) for the purpose of evaluating that application. Employers must not use application data for any purpose unrelated to that hiring decision, must not retain it longer than necessary, and must not contact candidates outside the Platform for unrelated purposes without consent. See the Privacy Policy for further detail on retention and a Professional's rights over their application data.
